Zbog individualne prirode usluga, opsega angažmana i različitih troškova vanjskih pružatelja usluga, cijena se za svaku pojedinu uslugu utvrđuje na temelju konkretnog zahtjeva klijenta.

1. Organizacija i realizacija evenata
Cijena: na upit
Cijena ovisi o vrsti i opsegu eventa, broju sudionika, lokaciji, trajanju, odabranim sadržajima, potrebnoj logistici i angažmanu vanjskih pružatelja usluga.

2. Tailor-made programi i putovanja
Cijena: na upit
Cijena ovisi o destinaciji, trajanju, broju sudionika, smještaju, prijevozu, aktivnostima, izletima i drugim uslugama koje klijent odabere.

3. Organizacija smještaja
Cijena: na upit
Cijena ovisi o destinaciji, objektu, terminu, trajanju boravka, broju osoba, raspoloživosti, uvjetima rezervacije i cijenama pružatelja odnosno prodajnih kanala.

4. Organizacija prijevoza i transfera

HEDONA TRAVEL j.d.o.o. provides individually tailored tourism, organizational and event services according to the client’s requirements and needs.
Due to the individual nature of the services, the scope of engagement and the varying costs of external service providers, the price for each individual service is determined based on the client’s specific request.

1. Event Organization and Implementation

The price depends on the type and scope of the event, number of participants, location, duration, selected services and activities, required logistics and engagement of external service providers.

2. Tailor-made Programs and Travel
Price: upon request
The price depends on the destination, duration, number of participants, accommodation, transportation, activities, excursions and other services selected by the client.

3. Accommodation Organization
Price: upon request
The price depends on the destination, property, dates, duration of stay, number of persons, availability, booking conditions and prices of the service providers or sales channels.

4. Transportation and Transfer Organization
Price: upon request
The price depends on the route, number of passengers, type of vehicle, date and time, duration of the service, distance and conditions of the engaged transportation provider.

5. Organization of Excursions, Activities and Experiences
Price: upon request
The price depends on the type of activity, location, number of participants, duration, date and time, availability and conditions of the local service provider.

6. Organizational and Logistical Support

The price depends on the scope and duration of the engagement, number of participants, location, required organizational support and specific client requirements.
